Hydrogen versatility the energy vector delivering sector coupling, enabling greater renewable energy integration, the provision of reliable storage capacity, addressing intermittency, enabling enhanced grid capacity and assisting operators to balance the green grid.

Green H2 will be cheaper than blue H2,
A tenfold reduction in the cost of hydrogen electrolysers coupled with ever-cheaper renewable energy will mean that green H2 will be cheaper than blue worldwide by 2030, according to BloombergNEF global head of strategy, Kobad Bhavnagri.
